Staffing Augmentation Options

Our services are all-inclusive and carry no hidden costs. We do what it takes to get the job done right the first time. Our services include software testing with Kenexa Prove It! Skills Assessments, one-on-one employee orientation, three reference checks, and evaluations. For you convenience background checks, credit checks and drug test will be performed upon request.
Staff Quest matches the employee's social security contributions and pays for worker's compensation, payroll taxes, and unemployment taxes.
Temp-to-Hire: After the employee completes a minimum of hours on Staff Quest's payroll, you may hire the person immediately with no buy out fee.
Temporary: You determine the length of the assignment; however, there is a four hour minimum requirement.
Contractual: Staff Quest will put an employee of your choice on a contract for a period of three months to one year at a guaranteed rate. At the end of the contract period you have the option to extend the contract or hire the employee without any placement fee.
Direct-Hire: We offer several plans that will meet your specific needs, because we are independently owned we have the flexibility to find creative solutions to accommodate you.
Project Management/Out Source Staffing: Customers have the option to outsource selected departments to Staff Quest, Inc. Our focus is on what we do best, taking care of the day-to-day hassles of hiring employees,so you can focus on what you do best.
